Refund policy

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times an item needs to be returned/exchanged. No worries! Returns are accepted for store credit only within 7 days from your delivery date. We currently do not provide refunds on any items. The store credit amount will be your total minus the shipping cost within 5 days after items have been inspected. Exchanges can be made up to 7 days from the delivery date.

You can begin your return request for your item(s) by emailing us at the email address fiercestchics@gmail.com OR through our "contact us" portal. Please attach pictures of the damaged item with your return request. If your request is approved, we will email you instructions on how to complete your return. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.

Conditions:

• Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, no damage, and unused.
• no visible makeup or deodorant on items.  

 The following items are excluded and cannot be returned:

• Free gifts or promotional items
• Items marked FINAL SALE
• Discounted, sale, and/or clearance items
• Sunglasses
• Bodysuits
• Swimwear/Cover-ups
• Lingerie
• Visibly Worn items
• Select White Items
• Items outside the policy window
